When it comes to living healthier it can never be too late but it can not be too early either. You will be much better off the sooner you begin.
When beginning to live healthier one of the most important things to do is adopt a better diet. Avoid processed foods that come in bags, cans or frozen foods with a lot of salt or sugar. Limiting red meats also helps. These are all limited in their nutritional value and cause your body to store fat. It is much better to consume more wholesome meals consisting of fruits, whole grains, vegetables and other foods that are nutrient rich. Plan meals carefully and buy fresh foods to cook from scratch rather than foods that have been processed.
